Had many microwaves over the years. This one is plenty big enough and has all the bells and whistles that we need. Have had others before with many more functions. We just didn't use them. Heats quickly and was a good price.

Replaced a similar GE microwave same capacity and features with this one as part of my kitchen appliance upgrade. The original 15yr old one was better in functioning. The button is a hard press to open the door. The door makes cracking noises as if too much tension when opening. The menu panel us not easy to read; writing needs to be bold and larger. Roomy interior and fairly quiet. Love the look.

We had a built GE Profile microwave which gave out in less than two years. We decided to take a chance with purchasing another because it fit the trim kit perfectly. We also bought an extended warranty from Best Buy so hopefully this one will last longer. So far, so good; our fingers are crossed!

The door has to be pulled open from the top with the button pushed. We thought it would work properly after some use, but it is still sticking. Once the microwave warms up, it will open but just warming something for 30 seconds, it will not open with the button pushed.
