This is our third GEProfile microwave. This is the first white one; we like it - it matches our GEProfile range and our fridge. It is a great size - it fits a 9x13 glass dish without a problem. Great wattage (1100) for fast cooking. Easy controls (only hard thing is open door button is very hard to push in) to see and use. If we didn't like it, we wouldn't be on our third one (in 40+years).

We needed a specific sized microwave to fit into the space we already had. This one fit great. There were several new features not present on our old unit.

Chose this product to match other appliances. There is quite a learning curve that I still haven't mastered. Product is quite powerful and takes some getting used to. Closing the door has it's own set of issues.

This replaces our original ten year old builder installed unit. No better...no worse. Outrageous though that tis model required a new trim kit because height was slightly different than previous model. Planned obsolesence??

This would be our 4th GE Profile Microwave oven in a little over 6 years, the first one lasted about four years, the second one about 1 1/2 years, the third one 15 minutes, we gave it a test, worked fine, the second try we could not open the door, apparently the spring fell off, back it went, on last one thee jury is still out. you might ask why 4 stars, the first one operated very well, considering the work my wife put it through, the second one was of poor workmanship, the inside door rusted and the pain flaked off, a faulty part on the third one I accept, hopefully the last one will give us good service for years to come.

This was our 2nd Profile microwave. We really loved our first. Our new Profile was a disappointment due to the fact that the door was hard to open. We had to keep pressing it as much as 5 to 6 times in order for it to open. In addition we were disappointed with the popcorn setting. We always had to add time unlike our previous model.
