This one replaces an older version of the same model. This one is sleeker and better controls. It also has a fan that blows after the microwave has stopped.

Question about functional isue was ignored

The microwave noise keeps going on after it beeps and it is imposible to know if Only the Fan is working or also the Microwave? It goes on & on for a while some times and scared to use my hand to remove the pot form inside when the noise is on, incase it's emiting microwave also. I asked the question but asked me to rewrite but not answered.

Small interior, 2 broken in a row

GE quality control seems to have taken a massive nosedive lately. I ordered a suite of appliances for a kitchen remodel, and the only one that was in good condition was the wall oven. Microwave came with a broken turntable ring, and GE sent me a replacement...which was also broken. Will be working on a third one. The cooktop we got was damaged, first replacement also damaged, and now our second replacement is ALSO damaged. I won't be looking to try a 4th time, I will be getting a refund from GE and moving to another vendor. This utter lack of quality control is unacceptable, especially from a vendor known for so long for quality appliances.
