I do wish it had a 10 sec option, like the 30 second one, which I had on my previous microwave. But over all I'm very happy with how it operates, including the 2 ways to select defrost times. Still learning on some of the other pre-determined options.

We use our microwave everyday, several times a day and loved it so much we just bought it again when our 1st one died this morning. This model has all the bells and whistles that we need and the price was great. We have bought only GE appliances for over 40 years and they have never disappointed.

We had this model for 10 years. It stopped working so we replaced it but that model had a lot of weird noises coming from it and the door open button would stick inside most times so we returned it within the warranty to get the one we have now and it works very well.

I bought this same model 10 years ago, and just replaced it. The inside compartment has curved back corners which will make it so much easier to clean, no seam. Also the revolving tray is larger which I really like.

This is our second Microwave for this exact model. The previous Microwave survived 3.5 years of hard use (and some unintentional abuse) morning, noon, and night. It has the best combination of inside and outside dimensions for my kitchen counter, so we bought it again.

I just replaced a JES2051SN1SS microwave that had a manufactured date of 2010. If the original lasted over 10 years, I'm happy to try a second in its place. We loved the size and depth of the oven, as well as the cooking controls and appearance of the original oven. We hated to lose it to an undiagnosed failure, but we depend on the oven so much replacement was quicker.

We broke the door on our previous microwave (this same model/serial number). We like this microwave so much, instead of fixing the door we bought another just like our it. I like the variety of choices and the instant 1-6 minutes of cooking time. The size is just right for warming and cooking.

Good microwave overall & worth the price. In fact, this is my second of the same GE microwave. However, I wish it could've lasted as long as our Emerson microwave...we still have the Emerson one & it still works after 12 years of use! The more expensive GE model had to be replaced after only 5 years. The reason I repurchased another GE model is because it matched my other appliances.
