Our old microwave quit and we really wanted another one the same size. We hunted around and finally found this one. It is the same size overall but it is a little larger inside. It fits perfect.

Purchased this GE Countertop Microwave based on a similar product owned by a relative and our family needs, It works well, power is great enabling us to shorten our heating g times, and we love the large turntable. This product is a great value for the features it offers.

Easy appliance to use; no numerous keys to deal with; beeper on/off, nice if a customer does not like rememberances and can be annoying; I like the feature; white shows interior quite well when cooking; when using sensor no time on front till it gets to a point of finishing; little apprehensive at first with spinning pattern in timer, but over time the device was reliable and had total faith it would cook items well

Pro: One of the best features on this microwave is the mute button. If you have kids or grandkids the mute button comes in handy. Con: The only con I have is the open button is noisy. It creeks when you open it or when you push it to close it quieter.

This oven has worked better than any I have owned in the past. The cooking sensors are all very accurate, the oven is easy to use and is large enough to hold my big lasagna dish. It was trouble free, quiet and worked perfectly until it was 3 years and 5 days old exactly. The diagnosis is the main power circuit board and relay, unfortunately the part is not available to repair it and the cost prohibitive. I liked it so well that even with the short lifespan I have ordered another exactly like it hoping that it may last longer. If it were not for the value, good operation and inexpensive replacement cost I would not buy another GE product.

I did much research before I purchased this particular microwave and I am more than pleased with it. I like that the light comes on when you open the door and you have the option of turning the beeper off. Very nice!

Discovered this model on Best Buy website, drove to my nearest store, looked at their inventory. Was finally approached by a sales lady and I asked her to see if they had one in their warehouse. She told me they were NLA, could not get one. I left and went immediately home, looked it up again and placed my order. I received my GE Microwave within five days. We love it!

The third of these microwaves just arrived yesterday. We bought our first in 2017, it worked great for 10 months. We loved that you can turn off the buzzer on this model. Then it completely stopped working. GE replaced it. The next model died, the same way, in only 15 months. GE offered only $100 towards another replacement. I hope this is the last one I have to buy for a long time!

We had the previous model (looks like this one replaced it) and the old one lasted almost 10 years with a lot of use. The price to repair the old one (humidity sensor) was almost the cost of the new unit so it was replaced. Bought at Lowe's on sale .

This one started out with a much louder noise right out of the box. I have another on order but they are backordered. I'm hoping the next one will be OK.

Over all works fine. It is a little noisy compared to my last one. I don't like the weight feature. No one knows the weight of what you want to reheat or cook unless you keep a scale right by it. The popcorn button doesn't cook long enough so I have to just set cook time. So far mostly using the cook time feature. All in all the food heats properly.

I had this same model for the past 16 years and never one problem till it just up and died. i wanted the same size, white, and simple buttons and functions. This is the only one I could find and was so glad GE was still making it! My only complaint is that is a bit noisier than my one from 2004.
