Submitted by Rogero - The repairman has been here three times and it still doesnt work properly. The vent fan has not operated properly since installation. In addition the fan blows out right at my wifes eye level. The black at the vent and bottom trim is unsightly on the white oven. Also the racks rattle regardless of my repositioning them.

Great Replacement Sub

Submitted by lizyang - I purchased my electric wall oven on April 17 2015. Unfortunately the oven did not work properly due to a bad component which operates the motor to the fan. I contact Frigidaire who then opened a ticket with a local sub in Fresno. The tech was very knowledgeable and resolved the issue in a timely manner. As of 5/21/15 my oven was repaired. It was unfortunate that the part took over 2 weeks to get to the contracted warranty appliance company.
