Loud and slow

Submitted by psutherland - This oven takes a long time to come up to temperature but reports too early that it has preheated properly. It bakes unevenly and unless it is preheated for 45-60 minutes long after it has reported it is at the right temperature cook times will be significantly longer than they should be. Ive had more trouble with this oven than with any other oven in my 20+ years of baking. Additionally this oven has the loudest and most obtrusive fan noise and it continues long after the oven is turned off.

Double oven is wonderful

When we received it there were some electrical issues with our wiring and that took some time to resolve. Frigidaire was very responsive to help with assistance and so was Consumers Energy. We installed the oven our selves with help from grandchildren. To make a long story short yesterday I baked more than 12 dozen cookies. A real success story is to come home after a home made cookie sale with no cookies left over.

I did have a loud noise when broiling after calling Frigidaire a repairman came out and replaced the fans. I am now enjoying a quiet and well functioning oven. It does take a while to preheat. Even after it says it is preheated it usually needs about 10 more minutes to truly be at temperature.

ERROR, IMPROPER ARGUMENTS, ARGUMENTS MUST BE OF THE FORM NAME="VALUE", command = if_string test="Geoff`" I was psyched to finally have this installed.
