We purchsed this Profile range along with a Profile refrigerator, D/W and mocrowave in February of 2020. The range was delievered scratched even though the factory packaging was still in place. Warranty parts were ordered twice only to have them delivered damaged both times. I'm now waiting for parts which have been on backorder for over three weeks. Onto the next issue. From the beginning the keypad didn't work properly and it was difficult to access the "chef connect", "set clock" and other setting. Now I'm unable to access any of the settings and the keypad functions to operate the range aren't working properly. I regret purchasing this range and am already seeking other options.

Love Double Oven

Love the double oven feature, I use the smaller one quite often. The grill grate is very handy, and cleans fairly easy - but a bit heavy to handle. Looks great and easy to clean. I would have given 5 stars but I do find the touch controls hard to use and setting the clock is a chore.

This is by far the worst range I have ever had. Very inconsistent baking time on the lower oven. The smaller upper oven is also inconsistent.

Love the 5-burner rangetop! Not so crazy about the oven. Upper oven is only useful for a couple of casseroles or a couple of breads. Lower oven isn't much larger. Cooking a turkey? You'd best buy a small one.

We are enjoying double oven gas range. I baked 3 cake layers in the bottom oven and they came out perfect. We use the top oven daily. Burners have a lot of power. We use propane. Two front burners are large high power. Could us a more normal sized burner for like a 2 quart sauce pan. Button displays-have to press very firmly.
