I needed to replace my range and did not have any reason to NOT go with GE. I stayed pretty close to the same model I had that was 20+ years in my kitchen. It is easy to use, when teaching the grandkids how to cook, and enough features to be convenient.

I love this range. It is easy to use and cooks great. It is really easy to keep clean. Just wipe with a damp cloth and you are done. No polishing like with stainless steal. I would recommend this gas range.

I wanted a simple Range that you could clean really easy since I cook a lot. This range cooks fast, the oven temp is right on and its easy to clean. It is the same one that was here for 17 years. The only problem I have with it is that the grates black comes off in dots like its painted or something and its always coming off. I have only cooked in the oven twice and it spilled a tiny something on the bottom of the oven and its not coming off when I tried cleaning it by hand as soon as I saw it. This is why I gave it only 4 stars. No manual unless you want to print it out and its like 75 pages so it would take up all of your ink. They just don't make things like they used to. I have only owned this for 2 weeks and I hope it lasts like my other one. I also wished I would have keep my gray grates from my stove since they are the same.

This was a replacement for an older range and the fit was perfect. We like the new features such as different btu burners,finally a simmer feature for a gas range and an oven light. Very pleased with the style and performance of this new gas range.

The GE stove is exactly what I wanted. I like it but it is slightly different than my old stove so I am still learning. It is very easy to keep the burners clean which makes cooking easier.

Works well so far! Had to replace my old stove which was 21 yrs old and it was hard to find a simple stove like it--I did not want a middle griddle with the heavy grates or too complicated controls. This one was the closest I could find. It is fairly easy to clean also. My only complaint is once you set the timer you can't change the temperature without turning the oven off and turning it back on.

I needed to reattach a screw as it missed the hole to be threaded into for the oven burner heat shield. Also, the sheet metal used is too small if a gauge.

This range is very functional, but very cheaply made. Every time I try to pull the storage drawer out it nearly falls off the tracks. It's also not very deep, so you can't put much in it. Where the oven vents just above the cook top on the back, it's wide open. I'm afraid that splatters from cooking will accumulate in there and cause electrical failure. It was all I could afford or I would have purchased a better one.

Recently purchased this stove. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, yet the stove includes some nice, modern-day features. Additionally, this a solid staple for any home. I've used GE appliances for years, and have yet to have a disappointing experience from the quality of their products.

The bottom storage drawer is crooked and there is a space between the the digital display and the cooktop so I'm afraid of Grease string up there. It came scratch but they said they would replace it in 3 weeks, so hopefully that will go okay with a second connection. The first connection Lowe's couldn't do it so I had to hire a plumber separate. I like that it's white like my other appliances now and then it has a self cleaning oven which I haven't tried yet, but I will when I get the new one. Seems to cook things real well though so far.

Nice simple design. Easy to use and set up but still has good quality in the materials use. Only the gas control knobs could be a little heavy grade material. Worried they may break. So far very happy over all.

This oven is similar to our old oven. Controls are easy to use. The cooktop is a higher BTU, boiling water and making popcorn takes less time. The preheat on the oven lights quick and preheats fast. The body metal is a bit thin. Seams and edges are a little rough to look at, but do thier thing. Oven seals are tight, and I don't notice a lot off heat loss around the oven when cooking. Save your old broiler pan as this oven does not come with one. This oven does come with the LP conversion, so I guess it almost equals out. We went in with the intention of purchasing a 5 burner stove. We noticed that the burner grates on those stoves are heavy. This would have made it harder to move them to clean the range top. We also noticed that most of the 5th burners were designed for griddles. We most likey wouldn't use it, and it's nice having the space between the burners to place a ladel.

You definately know it's a neww stove because they sure dont make them like they use to. Why is the igniter for stove top at full on? Just seems a little strange to me. Storage drawer is very flimsy

Fortunately so far it works. It looks cheap with exposed screws and edges that don't meet. The drawer on the bottom does not close evenly. And then they have the nerve to ask me to purchase a warranty on a new product that should last at least three years. My GE microwave luckily lasted me 3 1/2 years. Yea!

I don't like a lot of bells and whistles, I just want to cook! This is a great range. Just enough little extras, timer, delay, clock, loud enough alert. Large oven window. Big lit oven. Self cleaning was a must. Just a small little personal issue...below the control panel where the clock is located there is an opening or gap above cook top that I am worried will get gooky and dirty and will be hard to clean. But time will tell. Other than than I am well pleased. I'm not sure if the delivery guys gave me a manual or not but I'm sure I can get one online if needed.
