I moved into this little house 10 years ago and have replaced the appliances one at a time. This year I realized the stove needed to be replaced. I loved the old one so much I bought the same model. But the new updated features are wonderful including something I'm not sure anyone else would have noticed. It's the slope of the floor of the oven which makes it easier to clean up a spill. It's a small space and just the right size.

I love my new GE electric stove. Especially the safety features. The outside of the stove amd oven door is not hot to the touch when operating. This is a huge plus for me since i have grand children. Also the safety feature on the burners are amazing. I have always had amazing products from GE.

Love the oven and the control panel. Hate the "sensor elements", but I have adapted. I have to put less items in the frying pan when frying pan or it shuts down repeatedly. This makes it take more time but the food is delicious.

I've been cooking for 68 years, and this is the first stove I've used that turns itself off half-way through the boiling of pasta. Apparently some over-protective bureaucrats failed high-school physics, so they don't know that a pot of boiling water can not get hotter than the boiling point of water, 212 degrees F., even less if you are above sea level. Other than that little problem, the stove is fine. I do appreciate how fast the oven pre-heats, and the ample storage drawer at the bottom.

Our old stove finally died and, although we plan to remodel the kitchen in the next 5 years, we needed a stove to hold us over. I looked on Lowes website and there were several low-priced units to choose from. I went to Lowes to check them out and when I opened the stove door, most of the low-priced models were flimsy and wobbled from side-to-side, except this GE Unit. It was $100 more than the other, but I felt more comfortable that it's quality was better. It had the largest window for seeing into the oven and it has a nice electric clock/baking controls. We've only had it a week, but it is really nice for such a low-end unit. As my title says, we have been having a lot of luck with GE appliances. Last summer we bought a smart AC window unit and it is the best AC we've bought to date. We are going to replace two smaller, older units with GE smart ACs in the next month. We also have a GE microwave that has been terrific for the last 15 years. When we redo our kitchen, we will definitely lean towards all GE products.

Very cheaply made, makes a lot of noise heating up, stovetop coils keep shutting down for no apparent reason. Can't even boil water! Very sorry about this purchase.

The range is wonderful for me to use. Light flashing let me know it is finish cook bake and let me know it is time to take out delicious meals out of oven. Glad it is visibility for me depend on eyes not listen on sounds that i am deaf that light blinking flashing. Surprise to see oven range have vent to breath out hot not like old range. Fast preheat to right temperature before bake not wait long time like our old range. I love it that it has self cleaning also easy help clean. At night it acts like night light that I can walk in the dark at night. The clock light is bright enough to see not need to turn on light going to the other room. Love it. I love the last drawer to put pans in - very roomy not like old range. Easy to open and close door and drawer.

I'm very satisfied with my stove/oven. It was one of the lower priced ranges with the "must have" self-cleaning oven feature. I love the full size oven window and was quite surprised to find the drawer compartment very addaquet. (Reviews that I read downgraded the drawer)
