It's difficult to install mostly because of the refrigerator attachment. If you don't set it precisely it doesn't work.

I bought these filters for my 14 year old GE Profile fridge. Glad I went to GE online to get the right filter. The old filter was a challenge to get out but new one was simple to install myself.

I did report the issue, a credit was issued, but also was told one filter would be sent out, but never was. The filters are manufactured with a defect which causes slow flow.
