I recently replaced my older GE refrigerator with this newer model. So far it has been good. I would have considered upgrading to a better model but because of the Corona Virus there was a limited supply of what I had to choose from without having to wait weeks (maybe even months) to get a working refrigerator. I have had a problem with the ice cubes freezing around the arm so they would not come out of the dispenser. It was a easy fix (simply dumped all the ice to loosen the frozen cubes and then put them all back in the bucket) but still didn't seem like I should have to be fixing a problem like that & I hope it doesn't worsen with time. I really like the door on the ice maker so you can just reach in a grab a handful of cubes without having to remove a cover to get to cubes. The door handles are stainless finish so they show fingerprints really bad. Overall it is a nice refrigerator & hoping that it lasts as long as my older model did for us!!

It's a nice product, but the shelving makes no sense they are to small to place anything larger than a small mustard bottle. Waste of space also the ice crusher takes forever to fill a glass. Other than that it's a nice refrigerator.

This was what our builder included with out new home purchase. It would not have been my first choice. Seems ok but I already have a broken piece of plastic from the ice maker. It broke off in my hand when I went to turn it off. Very poor design.

When refrigerator was delivered, it was found to be missing a bushing on lower hinge of refrigerator side door. Door will not shut all the way without pushing (hard) to shut. Very disappointed to not be able to use new refrigerator until a repairman can come and put a new bushing on door hinge. So far, going on 3 weeks. Was very disappointed and frustrated with GE Customer Service trying to get a service apt set up. Hopefully, the appliance will be good. I really like the appearance of it and freezer side so far!

We've really liked having this fridge and it is a huge jump up from the piece of crap we had before. In a months time I have not once yet opened the refrigerator to find some items frozen and other items warmish. The temp seems really consistent throughout. I like the ability to change the temp on a dime (though we don't really change it, it's just nice). The water and ice dispenser are nice and I like the LED light.

I've only had this a few days. It is extremely quiet, reached the right temperatures in less than 24 hours, has good, cold water and quickly dispenses ice cubs. It has nice, convenient door shelves, all I need for interior space, and the special snack tray. I appreciate the humidity control on the vegetable drawer.
