Purchased this refrigerator one year ago , evaporator fan freezes up , had it repaired twice by technician , works for couple months then freezes,now fan motor is bad, all in one year of course Frigidaire says it™€™s a few Days out of warranty will not honor , what a piece of JUNK , I guess that™€™s how they satisfy there share holders by selling junk that breaks, one star is as low as it goes

A solid refrigerator for the price

I had to purchase this refrigerator due to size restrictions in my kitchen. I had a similar model which lasted for 10 years, before an issue developed with the condenser and an error code in the refrigerator side of the unit. My biggest concern with this model is the change in the size of the ice cubes, which are much smaller than the older models and don't generate as much ice. Also, I have to place the refrigerator section at the coldest setting to keep the entire contents of the fridge cold. If it was set at the recommended setting, the fridge would be too warm.

Except for the ice dropping into the tray, it's pretty quiet while running. Our kitchen came with black appliances so I've replaced with same color as needed. This Frigidaire fit that bill.

Getting the run around on a NEW refrigerator. It was delivered on May 1, 2024. Started making noises when it kicked on 2 days later. Had to file a warranty claim. Repair people came on 05/07/24. It is a "sealed system leak" and they stated it should be replaced. Now in a nightmare dealing with the Customer Care. Was told 05/13/24 I would receive a email today 05/13/24 stating it is going to be replaced. Now they are saying they never got the report from the repairman and wanted to close this claim and open up another one. This should not be happening on a new refrigerator nor with a paying customer.

I bought this fridge because my old one stopped working. It was very easy to set up. The film protector was easy to take off and once it was plugged in, it was hard to tell if it was running or not because it was so quiet. The light on the inside of the refrigerator was on and I could sense cold air filling the fridge and freezer and it got cool in no time. I love how the controls for the coolness of the fridge and freezer are on the side of the fridge and not inside. They are buttons and not knobs. It also has a digital display for notifying when the water filter and air filter need to be replaced and their current levels. I am very pleased with this fridge.
