We were excited to receive our new refrigerator, but after it was installed and the delivery people were gone, we discovered that the doors weren™™t closing properly. The freezer door was hitting the inside edge of the fridge every time it was closed. After having issues with our previous refrigerator™™s doors, it wasn™™t anything I wanted to experience again.

It™™s very nice looking , a little noisy , we were worried about freezer doors hitting the sides and being hard to close but once it was level it was ok . It was not closing properly at all until we got it in the spot . But it worked .

In July of 2023 I purchased a set of appliances before my kitchen remodel because my old oven malfunctioned before construction began. After the remodel,( In November) my fridge was installed, and I immediately noticed that the refrigerator door did not stay shut 100% of the time. However, it seems to have worsened; even when it's closed, it appears misaligned with the freezer door, and now I have to apply more pressure to keep it shut. Upon searching the website for support and registering, I found mostly prompts to purchase plans. Hopefully, I will find success if I call the 800 number.

Very pleased with this purchase. We wanted to purchase a Frigidaire due to their good reputation. This one is the size we needed to fill a rather narrow floor/counter fridge space. Everything working great on it one year in. It is quiet and efficient and looks great.

Great fridge: arranged nicely to maximize storage. Chills & freezes, dispenses water & ice all as it should. Looks nice. Everything to like except a few little, even tiny, things that would be easy for Frigidaire to fix: tray under water&ice dispenser not removable and too shallow. It runs quite loudly. The kickplate underneath doesn™™t match well. Ice dispenser unit inside the fridge should allow user to view inside it to know if it™™s working properly or has ice buildup or blockage or something. Overall though, in all the major things & in general appearance, great fridge. Very satisfied with our purchase

The new refrigerator works good but quality construction is so cheap with very light inside plastic wall used as sliders and already dented when we received it and stainless steel outside so light is all wavy . Moreover, 1 shelf has been cut too small . Additionally, the company offering 1, 3 and 5 years guarantee makes me fill very nervous about the quality of this refrigerator and may be highly representative of the poor quality of an appliance that should be built to last 10 years +

I bought one of these less than two years ago and have had a repair man out here 4 times. it is a piece of junk. Had water running out on the floor for months. Replaced a valve and the water line to the ice maker. It still has water running down in the back of the freezer getting into the fan and making an aweful noise. i keep breaking the ice up but its never ending. I should have to deal with this. I need a new one at your cost.

We bought this fridge when our old one suddenly broke. Honestly, we didn't have many choices -- we needed something in stock. This was, and it was also on a great sale. We had to educate ourselves on counter depth vs. standard depth. The size is perfect. So far, we love it, except for one thing: the ice sprays wildly outside the cup when you use the exterior machine. We'll adjust, but it seems like the design could be better here. We've never had ice in the door, so maybe that's normal. We'll be looking for more appliances soon, since ours were all original to the house when it was built. That means they will all likely fail at the same time. LOL We'll be looking at more Frigidaires for sure.

Great fridge, love the lighting inside at bottom and top.Cools as it should, of course it™™s new and it should. On other reviews I read people were saying that the crispers won™™t open because they were hitting the door, not true just open your door all the way. I got the counter depth an I love it compared to the standard depth.

This side by side has the features we wanted without the over the top features (web connected smart features) that we didn't need. The interior is well laid out and very well lit. It's cold and pretty quiet-does what a fridge does. The ice and water dispensers are easy to use and quick to dispense. Wish the water was chilled, but perhaps this is available on other models. Shelves are reasonably well adjustable as well as the abundant door shelving. This also includes the freezer section. We like the counter depth for it's compact size fitting into our counter space, while the interior room is still more than enough for our needs for a family of three.

Bottom "basket" on freezer door "clunks" when closing. Bottom basket in freezer compartment pulls off the protective plastic edge to the shelf above. I've had the shelf out, put the white protective edge in both the top and the bottom channel, had the shelf right way up and upside down ... regardless the basket pulls it off when it is pulled out.

Two things I did not like about this fridge: the ice maker makes a loud noise when it drops the ice cubes to the empty tray and white color was not available. Otherwise, it is running quite.
