Loved the microwave for about 18 months in our new build. It still works fine but the display is going out. It randomly flickers and now the bottom of the second position is always out. I'm sure I could fix it if I could find the parts. Waiting until it irritates me enough to upgrade to a better one.

This will be my third microwave of the same model. I have only had it 2 weeks so let's just see if it holds up. The first one stopped working at almost 1 year and the second one stopped working at 6 months.

Products are good and neat. The only problem is with the gas stoves cast iron plates, those will have the marks when you spill something on it and it doesn™™t get removed easily

Very nice look with the trim kit. I found it easy to install in the cabinet as long as the cabinet was made to the right measurements requested by the manufacturer. It heats very well. Have to adjust the time because it heat so much faster than my previous microwave. I was going to give it 4 stars because of how fast it heats. Burnt a few items till we learn how to adjust the time for cooking. But it is a great Microwave, hope it last for a while. Only had it for a couple of months.

Our new Frigidaire 1.6 Cu. Ft. Built -In Microwave is working great. It heats up food items well. The control panel is easy to use. It has a sleek style and looks great with our other appliances. Our previous built-in microwave was 32 years old. I chose this size microwave, and it fit perfectly into the built-in space. I couldn't be happier.

This microwave is the third in the last 6 years (the others were not Frigidaire) and they were replacements for a 22 yr old. The new Frigidaire sits in a cabinet above a wall oven, where it fits beautifully and looks great. The operation is easy and efficient to use and the bright light inside is great to monitor the food while it's cooking. It is very quiet when running and the black front is easy to keep clean.

I like the look of the built in Microwave and it works just fine. The instructions about heat levels are difficult to understand and I would prefer a handle vs a push in opener for the door. Here's hoping that is lasts 18 years like my last one!

Microwave is OK. The buttons are not tactile so it takes some getting used to. It does not have an option for a standard size bag of popcorn and it only has 3 options. Other than that, the microwave heats food very well.

Another builder provided appliance x entire kitchen other than fridge had one option, type of sink. So all are essentially contractor grade or low end appliances. However, so far most all are working quite well. We do not really cook much with the microwave, mostly use for thawing, warming, reheating. So for our needs, this microwave is doing just fine. I™™m not a microwave expert but I think it™™s 1100 watts is less than those we™™ve had in the past which were similar but older with the range hood built in. FWIW, the power seems fine for everything we™™ve done. My wife has used the sensor to reheat a dinner plate of leftovers that came out a bit on the too hot side for my tastes, but nothing got scorched or dried out. Generally, it™™s done all we™™ve needed with no problems. Being built in is nice since it opens up the counter space and without the hood, we get to have a really good hood. For my typical microwave uses to warm up bagels or thaw out a muffin, or reheat pizza, it™™s been easy to use and performed as expected.

Since the day we got our microwave, the door has been temperamental. If we close the door and attempt to be quiet (if someone is asleep), when we press ™start™ only the inside light comes on but nothing starts. We have to then push the corner of the door hard for it to start. It™™s been like that from day #1

This is the third Frigidaire microwave of this model that we have had over the last few years. They seldom last much over a year of regular use. Their basic function is fine, but a lack of durability makes them less than desirable. If other brands and models were available to us, we would jump ship immediately.
