Have only had this for a few weeks but it works well and is quieter than the old Frigidaire it replaced. Love the wifi feature and app on my phone, easy to control.

I purchased for a small bedroom- cools down the room even in 90 degree temps outside. I love the option to hook up to wifi and you are able to control it from work, the store, etc. its not very loud for the performance of the machine. The price point is amazing for the size of the unit. Easy install- did it alone in about 20 minutes.

It worked well for one season. Bought it last year and it cooled our bedroom well. It went back in the original box in the original plastic over the winter and when I put it back in the window yesterday it doesn't work. The display lights up, but there's no fan or compressor at all. Service told me to leave it unplugged for an hour. That didn't change anything.

I installed the unit last week and I was hoping to be able to monitor the behavior and taylor the unit to maintain a set temperature and turn off automatically when the temperature is met.The app allows you to set tasks to program the unit to set the temperature at different levels at different times/days, which is a great feature. The problems are:- the only place to see the current measured temp by the unit is in the app- the app doesn™™t indicate whether or not the unit is actively running, so I can™™t verify remotely that it is shutting off when the target temp is reached- the temperature gauge has large swings in short amounts of time (eg going from 70 degrees to 78 degrees in about 1 minute, which is highly unlikely for the room it is in).- when I am in the room and looking at the app and can see that per the app, the target temp had been reached, the unit is still runningSo overall, the unit certainly cools the room (esp if you use cool mode instead of eco mode), but it is not a good choice if the goal is saving money and having an efficient unit.If the unit/app begin working as expected, I will update my review if that is an option.

Got this for the WiFi option. It was an easy setup and works on all cellphones, and even Alexa apps. Now I can save money and not leave my Air on all day. All I had to do is download the app and now I can turn it on and I don™™t have to be at home to do it. Also bought 2 because they were on sale.

I am so glad I found the 10,000 btu Frigidaire Air Conditioner this year! Every summer I worry if my AC will work and not be cold enough. I worry if I forgot to turn off the AC or if I left it on. But this machine is so convenient I just go on my app for Frigidaire and it tells me the temperature of the room and I have the option of turning the machine on or off and what temperature I want. This is the best choice I™™ve made on an appliance.

We have on older model mobile home with terrible insulation. It gets hot hot hot in the summer and super cold in the winter. We just bought this window unit to put in the main area of our home to supplement our main HVAC. It™™s working great, above and beyond my expectations. We haven™™t hit our hottest days yet, but I™™m very optimistic that we™™ll still be feeling nice and cool when that time comes.

This air conditioner is perfect for me, as I love sleeping in cold rooms. It keeps my room perfectly cold, to the point that I use multiple comforters to stay comfortable and warm when I sleep. It's also super easy to adjust from my phone when needed.

It was time to upgrade our bedroom air conditioner and after doing a lot of research we decided on the Frigidaire FHWW104WD1 and we are glad we did. I especially like the feature where you can set the temperature and I can keep it at a reasonable temperature and not freezing like my husband would like.

I recently bought an older house without central AC and I bought window AC's for the living room and the dinning room. The Frigidaire I took out of the box, put the wings, open the window and place it there. a few minor steps more, but pretty simple. The other air I bought was one of the new systems from Midea, that you can close part of the window. That one was very difficult to install, had to drill big holes on the frame of the window, and install a bunch foam covering the gap, adjust angles for the support that brings for the outside, and it says that swings, I though left to right, but is up and down. Simple and efficient is always good.

This unit was easily installed in a matter of minutes. I like being able to control the unit with my phone rather than search for the remote control every time. I wish the temperature display would stay on all the time, but it goes off until the unit is reset. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
