We bought and installed this about 2 months ago. Is doing a fair job. Maybe could have used more BTUs for our room but was limited because it had to be 110 electrical plug. Overall happy.

Multiple Options for Cool and Heat

We just completed installing this unit. Once the air conditioner was removed from the cabinet (it was a bit tight) installation went smoothly. All parts were included and we attached them where necessary. Having older, wooden windows required building up the window casing to allow a firm fit for the unit. Relatively quiet. Multiple options for both cool and heat settings. It was 93 degrees outside, today, but 72 degrees and comfortable inside! Can't wait to try out the heat settings this winter!
