So far we are pleased with the refrigerator. The unit has been functioning with no problems. Even though we downsized from a 30 year old 27 cu ft model, we have ample space for our goods. The counter size depth fits our kitchen much better.

Purchased on 9/25/20. Ice buildup on the top of the freezer. Service was unable to resolve the problem and reported that it may be a design flaw. He was to contact Frigidaire for advice.

We've had this refrigerator for a little over a month now, we LOVE IT. Being a little 'older' we were concerned about all the digital features, but it is so very easy and probably more choices than we'll ever need! Love the ice cubes, they are small and square-rounded. It is a very quiet refrigerator. Our living room is right near it and we cannot hear it running at all. Love the way all the LED lights in it softly come on when you open it... you can always see where every bit of your food is located and so easy to organize with three drawers. It is counter-depth which we also love having the extra 3-4" of room to walk by it. Love having filtered water and the filter is located where you can easily change it. Did I mention the color? This dark gray is very very nice. We couldn't be happier with a refrigerator!

We've had this appliance for 3 weeks and love it. The drawers open and close without binding, and the ice and water dispenser is an improvement over the previous fridge we had.

I bought this refrigerator in early September and it was delivered in late September. The water and ice dispenser are quiet and work splendidly. The only concern I have is that the appliance cooling unit never seems to turn off. It runs 24/7. My previous appliance would cool down and then cut off until the temperature rose to a certain level. The refrigerator keeps food quite cold. I like the style of this appliance. Frigidaire has a wonderful reputation.

Bought this fridge June 2019, the first one had many issues and it was replaced in October 2019 through warranty and complaint. The second one I thought was good now a year later my freezer shelves are falling out of the wall of the fridge and the freezer seal will not hold causing frost to build up. I wish I hadn™™t bought multiple pieces of the suite in black stainless now I™™m stuck with the Frigidaire brand and this awful fridge!

I bought this a month ago and Im still getting use to the features that Im still not sure how to use. The door for example has storage that I have no idea what to put in it and it is so tiny it has to be for something specific. Also the draws stick. They feel like they might break when I open them. I love the Ice and water dispenser.

We bought this a week ago, we love every feature and it is VERY QUIET. The only noise you hear is the ice dropping once in awhile. Love the counter depth, love the LED lights that softly slowly go on when you open it. If you organize it right, you can see everything you need without shuffling around inside. Love the ice cubes, they are small and rounded-squares. Love all the controls which are very easy. The ice dispenses very neatly and stops when you want it to. Couldn't be happier, I would buy it again without reservation.

Purchased a month ago. Scratches easily, but nice space in fridge & freezer. Door shelves a little small to make up for large interior shelves.Outside temp digital screen shows only what is set, not actual internal temp, so that™™s largely useless.

We love the sleek look of the black stainless steel! This has been one of the best upgrades to our kitchen appliances. The water dispenser is faster than any other fridge we have owned or seen at friends houses--it may seem like a small feature, yet is great when filling large containers. I love the fridge. The look outside and the look inside. But it make very little ice. 2 people live in this house and it barely makes enough for 1 person. It's getting water, filters brand new, turned the freezer down 5° and 2 days later without using any ice out of it it only made half a tub full.

I bought this Frigidaire side-by-side to replace my 22 year old Frigidaire side-by-side(still working fine) to match my new black stainless steel Frigidaire range and dishwasher. Counter Depth fits just right! The ice make now has extra room in the freezer for more storage. The door has plenty of room and I love being able to see what's in the refrigerator drawers when I open the door. Ice-maker and water on the outside, just perfect for us!

I purchased this refrigerator a couple of months ago to replace an overpriced LG which never worked properly. I am very pleased with the performance of this fridge. It is smooth running, and set-up for leveling and balancing was easy, even though I have an old farmhouse with uneven floors. The digital screen is simple and concise, and easy to navigate. No 60 page instruction booklet neccessary! The LED lights of the interior are incredibly bright and even items in the back are easy to see. My only regret is not buying a larger size, as I have an animal rescue, and ALOT of food to store. For its size, though, it keeps all of the fruits and veggies very crisp and fresh! Also, the chill drawer is fantastic for cold summer drinks, with it's own temperature control! Overall, I am very pleased with this refrigerator. Frigidaire will definitely have my business henceforth. After numerous prior fiascos with fridges, I highly recommend this refrigerator.

I purchased a few months ago and can't believe how loud this refrigerator is. The crispers keep freezing all everything in the drawers and for some reason the plastic condiment holders are extremely poorly made and all have cracked.
