Bought this to replace built-in microwave with kitchen renovation. Wanted a model with drop down door and affordable. The Frigidaire is great, has all the must-have features, easy to use, and looks great in our new kitchen. Have only had a few weeks but we are very happy with the Frigidaire (which replaced a Kenmore).

Lovely on the outside but a huge piece of junk! I've been dreaming of my brand new kitchen for so long and now I honestly fear for the durability of my other Frigidaire appliances. I would not recommend this microwave at all. It seems Frigidaire does not stand behind their products, so sad.

My wife and I purchased outer Frigidaire Built-in Microwave a few weeks ago. We finally got it installed and it works so great. The control panel is end-user friendly and intuitive. A feature that stands out... is how quite the microwave operates. I mention this because it got us by surprise. A great appliance overall and we highly recommend this microwave.

I like some easy-to-use features. My favorite is that if you want to microwave something for say 6 minutes (where X is between 1 and 9), you just hit the 6 button once, do nothing else, and in a few seconds the oven starts a 6 minute cycle. There are many other features which I'll probably never use...

New home build and chose Frigidaire appliances. Looks good but magnetron needs to be replaced; part is unavailable anywhere so I was forced to buy a countertop microwave for now. I™™ve opened a case with Frigidaire and have NEVER heard back.* My built in ovens occasionally get Err messages. They are also about a year old.

Bought in August 2020, but due to Covid and production issues, did not receive till November. It™™s awesome. Matches my Gallery Frigidaire Oven. Love the LED light, and large turntable, and drop down door. The stainless and trim are gorgeous! Performance is excellent for this first month ! Recommend this beautiful microwave!

Have enjoyed microwave for last 3 months and is great in our new kitchen. Only problem was when it accidentally got set on ™demo™ setting and microwave run 2 seconds and then say food was ready. LOL. Figured out how to change that setting and all has been great.

We got this oven in our new construction home and are overall pleased. It looks nice and does seem to cook well. I am wondering a bit about the fan that seems noisier than I'd expect, even when the convection is not running. We haven't had an electric oven before, so I'm wondering if it is normal sounds as it is warming up. I'm intending to keep a listening ear as it gets more use to see if it changes for the better or worse at all. Otherwise, we appreciate the features it offers and it seems to cook food thoroughly and fairly evenly. We like it!

When we bought our home, it came with an old built-in microwave/oven combo. The microwave was broken so we replaced the whole thing. With some electrical modifications and cabinet cuts, this fit perfectly and updates the kitchen so much! I love the drop down door and size of the inside. My question is the top vent runs for a few seconds past when the microwave is done. Is this normal?

While we did have a minor malfunction with the door initially, this microwave serves it's purpose well after being repaired. Cook times are generally shorter than other similarly or higher watt rated units. My largest complaint is the glare on the door makes it difficult to see inside while the microwave is operating but this is largely because it is installed directly across from a window.

I recently installed this built in microwave and I love it! In todays world of a lot of high tech electronic features this one has them, but makes it simple and easy to use. Its supposed to be fingerprint resistance, but I think that parts needs some improvement. It still needs to be wiped down daily if fingers prints are an issue for you.

Second attempt at review, so this one will be very generic. I bought my appliance 8 months ago. Two months ago it started sparking and smoking. It was under warranty so I called customer service. The technician showed me a part that was charred and with continued use, could have caught on fire. I have other products from this manufacturer and all have had issues just after the warranty runs out.
