Although this microwave replaced a same model frigidaire, I was surprised at the inside dimensions that are much larger. This microwave works great.

This has all the features I wanted! My favorite is the quick 30 second start which we use almost daily. Also love the white interior which makes it easy to see when it needs cleaning.

I love my new microwave, and with the trim kit we were able to put it at tthe perfect level and not too high up that I can reach inside. It is a effecient microwave and exceeds all my needs.

I have had this installed for about 3 weeks now so this is a review of the short term performance. The microwave looks good and performs as expected. I bought this as I was looking for something that was compatible with a trim kit and this satisfied the need. It is quieter than the previous GE Profile we had in place. The 30s, 1min, 2min, etc. times are a good convenience as are the defrost features. No issues with heating everything we have tried to heat. The trim kit was not very difficult to install and looks good.

Bought this model because it was pretty much the only under-the-counter model available at the store we were looking at. Lasted just under 2 years before it died. Couldn't start it without it tripping the circuit breaker. Repairman didn't seem surprised to see this happening and said it wasn't worth repairing. Incredibly disappointing.

The unit exceeded my expectations. The installation instructions were excellent and good for DIY. The unit is pretty power and easy to use. Well worth the money. Delivery was on schedule.

This microwave did not last a month before failing and service required. The technician said it would need a new magnetron but we will have to wait till they can get one. They did provide a countertop loaner which although it does the job, takes up a lot of space on the counter. We are now nearly a month waiting for a magnetron, not a good start for Fridgidaire!!!

The first unit lasted about 3.5 years. This one is ok so far. It is mostly the same size and we were able to reuse the wall mount trim panel, but not the installation bracket. A new trim kit for this model was a third the cost of the new microwave, and not available anyway

Very unsatisfied with the product. After a year and 4 mths of use, a fuse keeps breaking the circuit. Seems to be a common problem with Frigidaire models when searching on line. Seems to be a poor quality product. I would like a customer rep to contact me via email.

After three weeks since delivery our product has been used twice before it completely died. We've only warmed up coco and made popcorn! This is a replacement microwave for the original that died after one year! Repair service doesn't have the part. Waiting on that. Meanwhile we've been 2 months without microwave use. This isn't a cheap microwave either. It's a built into cabinet mode. So frustrating. Repair cited quality control issue with newest one. Power cord connection to internal board completely shot. Warranty department sends out the worst workers. They act like they could care less. This has been a nightmare and has proven to me that I will never buy Frigidaire appliances again.

The photos of this microwave show it with a trim piece that you cannot buy. (at least I can't find it anywhere). They need to let you know when ordering it does not come the way it is pictured. If you are buying this one because of how it looks in the photo, pick another microwave from a manufacturer that shows you exactly what your getting.

It™™s a really nice modern looking microwave. We chose this to replace our old built in kitchenaid microwave. Only thing I™™d improve is the push button to open the microwave door. This one definitely feels a little flimsy.

I hated the thought of buying a new microwave, especially now when things are in short supply after the Covid shutdown. But my old microwave had died and it was time for a new one. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a desirable brand as Frigidaire available and ready to be delivered. Now that it's installed, and I see all the wonderful new features, I'm sorry I didn't replace my old one sooner. This microwave not only cooks faster but it also has many more features than the one I replaced. My new microwave is so roomy, has many features that I enjoy using and is very easy to clean..
