I had to get a washer cause my GE quit on me after 4 years. So I reviewed washers my son was at an appliance store not your typical box store. He called me and and put me on video chat. We went shopping. I wanted the frigidaire and they had one. So he brought it to me. The only draw back is in really short. I have to use a claw thing well it's a back scratcher to get the clothes from the back ro the front. Lol other than that it washes really well and spins out really really well. Less time drying

This replaces a washing machine with no agitator, which I detested!!! This machine, with an agitator, makes me happy! I haven't had a load become "uneven", clothes are getting clean, and aren't soooo wrinkled, and wrapped around each other. This machine works GREAT!

This washing machine will get it DONE Not the quietest but not the noisiest Holds a good size load We thought it looked small at the store but once you get it in you home and start using it you will be surprised and not disappointed would recommend this product

Just moved into a new home and got our appliances through our builder. The machine works great so far and can hold a lot of laundry if you need it. Overall pretty quiet as well. So far we are pleased with the quality of it!

I was doubtful at first that it would do the loads that I sometimes get, but it proved me wrong. So far it's been great. The spin cycle is fantastic. It spins so much, it cuts the dryer use down by almost half.

We love our new washer! It cleans our clothes very well and it™™s quiet! The only thing we don™™t like is in the beginning of the cycle before it adds water, it will spin both directions about 10 times and ends up balling all the clothes up on one side. We end up stopping the cycle at that point to adjust our clothes and then continue the cycle. It gets annoying, but if that™™s the only downfall at this point, we™™re ok with that.

We just bought this in February 2024 (it is now March 2024), but I have to say we like it™¦so far so good. It is a top loader, not a front loader like the LG it is replacing, but since I am tall, it actually makes loading/unloading easier on me. Also I am washing smaller loads than previously, but that is my choice. Just makes it easier to deal with the laundry in smaller batches. I™™ve also learned to use the ™Quick Wash™ setting, per ™The Laundry Guy™ on HGTV, in which the whole wash/rinse cycle takes 30-35 minutes tops. Laundry still comes out clean looking and clean smelling and less wrinkled. So doing both of those things: smaller loads & quick wash setting have actually helped make doing the laundry much less of the all-day chore it used to be.

Had machine for 4 months. Noisy and doesn™™t clean clothes well. Whites end up grimy. Doesn™™t spin water out enough. Washed bed cover and after using spin cycle twice, had to hang it in garage for water to drip out. Sheets come out all knotted up. Max fill works well, but runs forever. Time in my life when we are doing more than usual amount of wash. So disappointed am looking for another machine.

We bought all our appliances at once back in 2022. My Fridge, Microwave, Washer, and Dryer are all Frigidaire. A year and a half into having them my washer decided it wanted to start having issues. It would always stop mid-cycle and I would have to start it all over again just to have it not finish a cycle again. Then it started to get really loud and basically scream when it was trying to stop spinning. Then It started leaking out the bottom. We had the people from the store come out to take a look at it and they basically said that it™™s not worth fixing and we should just get a new one. Because if we were to fix one of the parts wrong with it, it would most likely break again. As young adults we don™™t have the funds to just jump up and buy a new one right away. We ended up calling the Frigidaire customer care to let them know what™™s happened with our washer, recommended by the store we bought it from. First person I talked to was no help. I could barely understand him and he hung up on me while I was on hold. So I called back again. Second person I talked to basically said they can™™t do anything for me other then give me a Discount on buying new parts for it. I was not looking to fix a washer that was just going to break again in another year. So I asked if they could reimburse me for the years I should of gotten out of it and he said no. They could only get me parts since my 1 year warranty was up™¦ Also my fridge is on the verge of breaking now too starting with the ice machine. This company is crap and they don™™t want to help you In any way that would benefit you, Just themselves.
