The freezer door gasket does not stay fully inserted in its track. Cold air escapes. Freezer temperature can vary 15°. I tried calling FRIGIDAIRE helpline and kept being told to call back at another time. Tried twice. Same story. BAD SERVICE.

This refrigerator works perfectly. We keep it on the recommended setting and the cold reaches every part of the fridge equally. My food stays fresh and at the proper temperature and we couldn™™t be happier. I definitely made the right choice and would recommend this brand and model to everyone.

This refrigerator is very noisy. It is also not built very well. although it looks like you can put things on the door, the shelves are not deep enough and the bars on the front are too far out to hold the items in place. freezer doors are also poorly spaced. the door also does not close well even though I have checked 3 times to be sure refrigerator is level. overall I would never purchase this refrigerator again.

The device is well set-up and easy to install. Unfortunately, it did not do a satisfactory job of keeping things cold enough. The Lowe's store manager kindly offered to replace it. The replacement refrigerator kept things cold enough once I turned the cold setting to maximum cold. Unfortunately--again--it is now a month later and the replacement refrigerator is showing the same problem--it will not get into the temperature safe range for the refrigerator portion (the freezer portion is marginal, but ok). I am disappointed because this is a direct replacement for the same refrigerator we purchased over 10 years ago. That one finally failed, but I expected that the new one would not have problems

Refrigerator has to be set on the coldest setting to keep cool, gasket on freezer is not even attached to the freezer door. Tried to contact service center and the call hangs up after it tells you that they are in a meeting.

We like the new fridge very much! It's exactly what we wanted. We don't have a lot of space for a fridge in the kitchen and this one fits great. I only gave it 4 starts instead of 5 because the doors don't close by themselves. My previous fridges all closed the door if you walked away and left it open. This one doesn't.

Have had my refrigerator for two months. I pull it out to clean behind and find that the water connection or something has been leaking since installed. Connection was tightened but still leaking. We purchased this frig a year ago. The refrigerator is not cooling. I just through out quite a bit of food which spoiled. Door shelf guides do not stay on so food falls out. We owned this model before and it was great and lasted 10+years. I think we will need to get rid of it and buy something else. Very disappointing.
