Submitted by DonMC - Bought this less than a year ago and it worked fine for a while. Now it wont get cold even though its on the coldest setting. The compressor runs but not often enough to get it cold. No parts available AT ALL. I guess its going into the lanfill

Submitted by BrendaL - I bought this model as a replacement to an old model that had only an ice tray w/ lid. I was so excited to get this model- with an insulated separate freezer door. This middle quickly became a disappointment..... The freezer compartment freezes as well as the back side of the refrigerator over even when set on a medium temp setting. One of the interior door guard rails snapped within the first week. Another snapped in half a month later.Frigidaire offers NO replacement parts.SO.... I am without half the storage area on the door . Unless I was willing wish to cart this refrigerator back to He Depot for a replacement which would involve carrying the unit down 3 flights of stairs renting a car to deliver it back to Home Depot Frigidaire offers me no other solution. I am in my 60s and cannot carry such a heavy item myself. This situation has not ended up as a positive experience for me- far from it

Doesnt cool below 40 degrees

TOO COLD

Submitted by Beauhunk - I have tried to get my compact refrigerator to warm up but it doesnt matter what setting I put it on it ends up freezing everything. I would like to know how to get it to NOT freeze. I see other problems with getting it colder but mine gets too cold and freezes all the drinks and items that store in it. I have even left the door open to warm it up but then when I close the door it continues to freeze the items.
