To date we are very satisfied with our freezer. Plenty of adjustable shelves to arrange the interior to fit your needs. The exterior on light is a nice option as well as an optional sounding alarm. It has adjustable legs in the from and wheels in the back so it is easy to move. The said, I would recommend adjustable legs in the back to work in tandem with the front legs to assist in leveling the freezer.

Needed a stand alone freezer for some large bulk items from Costco and Sam's club. House refrigerator wasn't enough for all of it. This is just right size for us and is small enough not to take up too much space in the garage.

We needed a freezer in our garage but found chest freezers too cumbersome snd wide. I don't want a unit that cn be either a refrigerator freezer because that's another feature to fail. This 16 cu. ft unit is attracyive, built well, and works well.

Nice appearance. Quiet operation. Changed the door to open left (hinged on left) without too much difficulty. Sturdy shelves. A bit sticky to open door but that is due to a great seal. Highly recommend.

The freezer is cold. That should be expected of course since it is a freezer but it was much colder than expected within minutes of getting set up. The outside looks don't just stop at the front brushed finish. The cabinet has a clean look all the way around to appease installation needs everywhere. There is flexibility within the freezer with shelving placement, although it is limited to pre determined spacing. The options do provide Great spacing options though. The inside appearance is clean, fresh, and the LED light provides somewhat of some sophistication. Performance wise, my meat is frozen solid yet my ice cream can be scooped with my spoon! Overall, I have been satisfied with this freezer in the short time I have had it!

It is so nice to have a freezer that is automatic defrosting. My old one had to be defrosted so often and air would seep in to make an antarctic landscape . I ordered my new Frigidaire after the old one collected 2 buckets of water. The new Frigidaire is taller and holds more food. It is quiet and a pleasure to have.

I have owned Frigidaire in the past and was my go to when I needed a new freezer. Price was good and delivery was amazing too. I live a long way from any warehouses or towns for shopping so was very pleasantly surprised at that bonus. It was nice that I even had the option for the finish I wanted [stainless steel] very happy with the purchase! now to get the elk & deer in the freezer :)

I purchased a Frigidaire 16 cu. ft. Frost Free Upright Freezer at Home Depot ( ordered on-line due to non in stock). Filled the freezer with food and the shelves collapsed. Looking over the freezer thoroughly now, I noticed a 7/16 inch gap between the metal shelve 5304521546 and the inner wall of the freezer. This gap is the same on the two middle shelves and smaller on the top and bottom shelves. I was told by Home Depot it was my problem since the 48 hour lemon clause was over. They said to Call Frigidaire Warranty. I called and now hilariously the Frigidaire phone assistant said they would order new shelves. This is either the worst Quality Control at Frigidaire/ Electrolux or this is your standard. This product costs $761.79

Beautiful, roomy, easy install. Nice little green light on the bottom to let you know it's running and all is well. We have had ours in the garage for over a month and it's doing great. Love the frost-free aspect. The only complaint is that you really have to be aware and thinking about closing the door. It does not swing shut in any way, shape or form. If you absent-mindedly swat it closed hoping it will latch, think again. This makes me very nervous with a pre-teen boy who digs around in there frequently. Great freezer, just be aware that you really have to push that door closed.

Purchased freezer in Sept 2023. Quit working early Feb 2024. Called for warranty service on Feb 7, scheduled for 16 (service man showed Feb 12. When service man arrived, had to order parts for repair (compressor, evaporator, drier, suction tube) which he had to get from manufacturer (scheduled for Feb 23. Transferred freezer contents to ice chests. Received call the next day saying parts were back ordered and would not be received until Mid March. Could not hold freezer contents that long so disposed of approximately $800 of contents. Ordered another freezer from another manufacturer. Received parts March 6. Service scheduled for March 18 (earliest appointment. Lost over $800 on freezer contents, had to purchase another freezer to salvage what I could at another $800, and Frigidaire freezer that I had purchased only lasted a little over 4 months before breaking down and still waiting for repairs after breakdown for approximately 6 weeks. UNACCEPTABLE.

We recently decided we had to have another Frigidaire upright freezer. This is our 3rd Frigidaire. All worked great for several years, but twice when we moved in the past we sold our other freezers because we could not take them with us. We have been suffering with just a refrigerator freezer for over a year and could not take it anymore, so we checked out Home Depot deals and found this freezer. It's frost free and can be used in a garage which are great features. The storage is great and now we can stock up on deals at the grocery stores. Thank you Frigidaire!

We bought this upright freezer to replace our old one, which wouldn't hold temperature anymore. We've had it for about a week. I like the look and size of it. Its footprint is smaller than our old one (it's taller and narrower), but the capacity is great and I love the bottom drawer that slides out. I also like that it still has a dial for temperature control rather than a digital display, and it has the door alarm and temp alarm if anything goes amiss (our old one didn't have a door alarm, and it got left open overnight a few times thanks to a weak gasket). The racks are sturdy and can be placed in lots of different configurations to accommodate whatever you picked up during your Costco haul. I'm hopeful that this freezer will last longer than the 9 years we had our old one. Oh, and I forgot to mention that the stainless looks sharp--it definitely elevates the basement aesthetic!

We've owned a chest freezer of comparable size for years and struggled to find food at the bottom of the freezer. After the chest freezer died, we decided to do without a freezer, but missed out of bulk purchases, so we decided to get the Frigidaire upright. It is so easy to find all our food items. The door bins are super handy. We also love the external green light power indicator. We haven't tested the audible alarm for rising temps., but we did purchase an inexpensive dial thermometer which tells us at a glance the temperature.Pluses: relatively inexpensive, easy food storage and organization, adjustable shelves, tight door seal, excellent constructionMinuses: Nothing major. Would be nice to have a built-in digital thermometer

I did a lot of research on upright freezers and found this to be the best choice. 16 ft.³ is such a great amount of space. The fact that it is nail or the most made it very convenient to fit in a small spot. It was also hard to find one that was not white. I am keeping it inside a room in my home and didn™™t want it to stand out like a refrigerator in the middle of nowhere. Having a silver fund next to a wine refrigerator with black and silver made it blend and not be an eyesore, and yet so functional to have in the house . The design is fabulous. There is plenty of room on the shelves and the space on the door adds to the convenience of finding what you need

I love the color and the look! We had a smaller white freezer similar to this in the past and then a larger one but we decided to go back to the smaller one.
