I purchased this dishwasher because it had good reviews and was priced affordably. I will acknowledge that the dishwasher washes very well. However, it feels like it is constructed of cheap plastic and does not feel solid. The design of the bottom rack allows plates to fall over. When the door is open and the bottom rack is pulled out the back wheels rest in the groove between the washer and the door making it difficult to push the rack back into the washer. The largest issue is that the top rack, when loaded can collapse onto the bottom rack. The rack comes out of the wheel (which stays in the rail) causing the rack to collapse. When I called to have the issue resolved I was told it was not covered because the rack is a ™non-functional™ part which as explained the dishwasher will still run without the rack. As I wrote, the dishwasher washes well. But considering construction, design and problems I would not recommend this dishwasher.

Not only are the buttons so hard to press I got to press them 5 to 10 times every time I load the dishwasher, but also the inside is made of such poor quality that I miss my old dishwasher that was 15 years old. I don't even understand why they even created this dishwasher, If it was to be affordable then they failed. If anything I would rather spend a hundred more or two dollars just to get a dishwasher that I can actually press the buttons on. Aside from that, It's your basic dishwasher. Not worth buying. Even if you're trying to be economical, This is not your best option. I only give it two stars because it works. It washes my dishes and steam dries them as intended. I can't believe a brand new dishwasher would still come with all plastic insides in this day and age. When I initially purchased mine I thought it would be stainless steel interior at the very least. I sure as heck did not expect to have to press all over the panel to get the darn thing to start or to change the settings! Honestly there should be a freaking recall on these and everyone who purchased one should be able to get a replacement for one that actually has working buttons!

I'm happy with my purchase. It has a wash delay feature that usually isn't found on machines in this price range, and it washes the dishes great. Deducting stars because the buttons are a little hard to push and sometimes don't register. And the door hinges when open make the total width larger than the specs say so I had to modify my cabinet.

This dishwasher was delivered yesterday. When I first took it out of the box and opened the door, there was water inside of it. The paperwork inside was waterlogged. There was still water in the drain hose. I set it up anyway. Now it's leaking from I don't know where and the Cancel button doesn't stop the cycle so I'm going to have to let it finish and keep leaking on my floor. How do I return this?

I was so excited about all my new appliances, sadly the dishwasher broke within a month. It was supposed to have a year warranty, however I™™ve been ignored with my emails. The bottom spinning attachment broke and melted. Poor quality and materials. Stay away from this brand!!!

So I™™ve had this dishwasher for a few weeks, it was easy to install, it is very easy to use, and has been very good at cleaning my dishes. The heat dry leaves a little bit to be desired but since dishes generally get done in the evening and rarely get put up before the next day it™™s not a big deal. I™™d definitely recommend this dishwasher and Frigidaire.

I bought this dishwasher a couple of months ago. It is quiet and cleans well. But 3 times the soap dispenser didn't open, so I had to rewash the dishes. A repair-person has to come out to fix. Also one of the racks comes off the track, so they are sending me a kit for me to fix. It washes and drys dishes, silver and glasses really well, but plastic items don't get dry

A little noisy when washing but I expected that. Dishes have been perfectly washed and dried if you do the heat dry. Very happy with this purchase for the low price paid.

I'm happy how my dishes and silverware are cleaned. Everything come out really clean. I have to hand dry some of the silverware and a few cups. But I'm still somewhat concerned with its durability. Don't like how the rollers and tracks are with the racks. May become an issue over time. It runs fairly quiet compared to other dishwashers I've had. Easy to operate push button controls that give you several washing and drying cycles.Try and get it on sell, then it would be a good buy.

I would have rated it with 5 stars except that it doesn't have a rinse cycle. I live alone, so it's several days before I have a load large enough to complete a full cycle. If I put in dirty dishes, they smell before I need to run a full cycle. Therefore, I need to rinse them in the sink, and then put them into the dishwasher.
