Stopped working after a couple of months. It doesn't collect water anymore. Despite the hefty price, the warranty is valid for one year only. Moreover, it will only replace the faulty unit with another faulty unit. There is no way to get our money back. It's not worth it to do business with this company.

This compact and efficient dehumidifier is perfect the master bedroom in my home. I have a humidity gauge and it brings the humidity down from 75% to 50% in only 2.5 hours! It's quiet and has a sleek appearance. The receptacle where the water collects even has a handle which makes it easier empty out the water. I like the timer feature. I highly recommend it!

We wanted to get rid if the musty smell in our converted garage and this humidifier performed well. The smell is almost gone after several days of running it non stop (fighting years of neglect!). Taking the bucket out to drain is very easy.

I bought this unit for my 400 sq ft apartment which was clocking humidity in the 70-80%+ range. I've used it for a few days now and it does a good job bringing the humidity down. I find that the humidity displayed on the unit itself is lower than that of my hydrometer (about a 5-10% difference) but I don't consider that a huge deal. It is easy to empty and to roll around between the bedroom and living room. I also really liked buying directly from Frigidaire -- I had purchased another unit earlier from Amazon and there was nothing on the Amazon delivery box that told the delivery person that the unit MUST always face up etc, whereas the unit from Frigidaire was clearly marked and shipped properly.

How can you clean inside the unit - with soap, as is required, when you can™™t remove the lid? I will use the unit until mold grows in the water chamber. Please improve design. This is a deal breaker.

I purchased this dehumidifier for my bathroom. It does a good job at removing the moisture for this space but the compressor slams on/off making it sound like someone is banging on the wall or something. My 50 pint GE dehumidifier that I™™ve had for 5 years isn™™t even as loud it seems.

I have had a 50 pint dehumidifier from Frigidaire for many years that works great. I needed something for a smaller space with lower power consumption so it was a no brainer to get the 22 pint. It's been running constantly for almost two weeks and it's keeping my RV at 45% RH even when it rains. It's much quieter than the 50 pint one as well.

Bought for our basement in an old house and were shocked to find that it pulled over a gallon of moisture in a matter of hours. It's relatively quiet, a breeze to set up and simple to operate. Troubleshooting codes are a very useful bonus, given the issues we ran into with our previous dehumidifier by a different brand. Overall seems like a very good value so far.

I like it, easy and small enough to move /carry down to the basement. Works in the basement. I empty 2x a day, and that's okay with me for humid south Jersey. Have had on "continious" for about 1-1/2 weeks now, and doing what it's suppose to do.
