Our dishwasher was installed and started on a test run. 4 hours later it was still washing with one minute to go for one and one-half hours. And hour later we tried to put it out according to directions. It kept running. At 1 am, we pulled the plug and turned off the water. We spent the next hour cleaning up water running out the bottom all over the kitchen floor. Now, when we plug it in it runs even with the door open. It does not move from cycle to cycle and no lights are lit. We cannot get help until weekday business hours. We had a Frigidaire refrigerator for 22 years. This is a glorified towel hangar.

The racks in this DW are terrible. They are spaced so narrowly that the only thing that fits well are thin plates. I put a lot more in my dw than just plates. And they are not adjustable. I don™™t like this dw.

Works very well. I like the big tub and extra shelf on top. But, it was a pain to install. Fishing the hoses and electrical line thru the small narrow channels on the bottom while pushing the unit into place was difficult and frustrating.

It's good but not great

The stainless steel tub is great. The dish racks are poorly designed because the pegs are all slanted and don't fit the dishes well. On neither rack there is no good place for plastic food storage containers. The top control panel sticks out beyond the front so it scrapes my hand when closing the door. The heated dry is insufficient to dry dishes with a low spot, like a coffee cup. The closeout at the bottom does not reach the floor by 1/2" and is not adjustable even though it has screw slots; it's like a piece is missing. The eye for the rinseaid is useless, there is no way to see the if it needs to be filled. Beyond these items the dishwasher does clean well.

I'm very happy this new dishwasher works great, you have too many choices depending what you want to wash. Heavy, normal, etc.. . But what I like the most about it is the noiseless performance, it is so quiet. And works great. Thank you FRIGIDAIRE for making my life easiest .

It looks great, runs very quietly and seems to be bigger on the inside than the older model. However, it takes over two hours to run a regular load and I'm not sure why. I was disappointed that there was only a one year warranty. I purchased an extended warranty, but have not received confirmation and would appreciate hearing that has been completed.

I bought this dishwasher a few years ago. At the beginning I was disappointed that it wasn't available in anything other than stainless steel but that may have been the store's choice. I wasn't happy with how the dishes fit into the racks but thought I'd get used to it since my other dishwasher was very old. I am very unhappy with the dishwasher. Bowls don't want to stay upright and plates fall over on each other. My old dishwasher seemed to hold more including pots and pans. I've had it too long to return so I put up with it. As soon as I can afford a new one I'll be buying one.
