I have been super disappointed with the purchase of this double oven. First, the fan blade for the upper convection motor was not attached at all. I thought I would find the bolt somewhere, but no™¦it was not installed at all. Ordered a new bolt from Amazon because I did.not want to wait all day to have someone tell me the bolt was missing and then another day to have someone spend 30 seconds installing the missing bolt. To add to my diminished confidence in this oven I found two screws sitting in the bottom of the box when the stove was removed™¦ where are these supposed to go™¦ who knows?Once the stove was installed I was ™rewarded™ with a very loud buzzing/rattle from the lower oven that seems to be related to the lower oven cooling fan. Maybe this is where the screws are supposed to go?I called Frigidaire and they are sending out a service agent in a couple of days. They told me the agent would ask for my credit card information just in case this is all somehow my fault?! Hopefully this can be resolved. So far I am not feeling very confident about this product. I wish Frigidaire would just send me a new oven because this one seems like a lemon.

Installation was a nighmare as even with a rough opening exactly per the installation specs. We had to actually build an in-cabinet base in order to avoid a gap at the top of the oven. All in all we had the oven in & out of the cabinet 3 times before it was at the exact right height, as being off by even 0.25" was enough to either not be able to get the oven in, or to cause a top gap above the oven. The power cord is also too short at 24" to reach from the back of the cabinet to the front of the cabinet with sufficient room to reach the oven to wire it before one pushes it into the rough opening (Cabinets are usually 24" deep, the same length as the wire)"!. Once installed the oven runs fine, it looks good and thus far has been a pleasure to own. It operates very quietly. On convection mode the fan is the quietest we've ever heard. Shelves fit well. Vents from the top. Both ovens have convection. No in-oven temperature probe. Timer is intuitive as are controls - for instance if you press the up arrow to increase the temp, it asks you if you like to pick a new target temp. Not sure how long a digital display will last directly above the oven heat vent so we did buy a 5-yr extended warrantee. Also - theres no parts schematic on the company website so if you need to order a part have to call the company for the schematic or hope that you get a customer service rep that knows how to look up parts. We learned this the hard way when we had to call customer service for a missing trim piece and one rep actually told me he'd email the part list within 3-4 hours so we could figure out what we needed withing 3-4 hours, then to call back for another 30 min call... Overall, installation challenges aside, - would recommend the oven thus far and we do have a pretty high bar. We also got it for a really good price - so for that I gave a 5th star. Otherwise it would be 4 stars due to installation challenges that we haven't encountered with other brands..

We got this oven right after Christmas when my old one died. It has been wonderful. It just fit in our cabinet space so I was very grateful. I™™ve used both the regular bake and the convection bake , a feature which I™™ve never had before. It baked my cornbread and brownies much quicker and no dry edges. I™™m super impressed and will be switching between the two functions often. I™™ve read great reviews about Frigidaire, and am looking forward to using mine for many many years.

Love the features. Larger inside than my previous oven. The choice of convection and standard bake is ngood in both ovens. I wish the timer could be used without it shutting the oven off, Other than that, it's well worth the money.

The wall oven is nice. I do not like the way you have to confirm that you actually want to turn on the way oven. One step on would be much more convenient especially since I am teaching my children how to cook. Also, I hate the fingerprints that are left behind when tuening on the oven.

I have been using my oven a few weeks now and like it real well. It was easy to install and simple to use. It is quieter than my 23 year old one. The only thing I am not crazy about is that if I use the timer, it shuts the oven off when the time is up. It's not a deal breaker, I just use a separate timer.

We actually love our Frigidaire double oven. It looks great in our space and works very well. We did have to have it serviced already, due to an error code. They came and replaced a part in the upper oven. It is now making a slight noise, so will reach out to the service department. We are happy overall.

Terrific, convection double wall oven. The panel is updated and modern looking. Nearly all of our appliances are stainless steel and this one looks great with them. From the 2 weeks of use, it functions terrifically and produces good results. This upgrade was well worth it. .A bottom trim piece want able to fit with a drawer below the unit. We used it on top where a wide gap was created from taking out the old oven. It actually looks pretty sharp that way and nobody can tell it wasn't originally designed that way!The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is from the panel not being intuitive enough for simple use. To many selections are buried in other selections, which makes it harder for guests and young family members to use. There are only a few touch buttons on the panel. They could have really let you hit 'On' to light up a few more for basic functions without having to search through choices. Our last wall oven took 60-120 minutes to cool down after using it, which was loud and disruptive. I love that this one is much quicker.

I bought the oven at Best Buy and had it delivered and installed through their Total Tech program. The oven was delivered missing the bottom oven™™s trim piece. I can™™t seem to find anyone at Best Buy or Frigidaire who can help me get the missing trim piece installed. Also the oven™™s digital keypad was not operating properly (we had to push really HARD down on the buttons to get it to work). Frigidaire sent out a repairman right away who hopefully fixed the problem.

27™ ovens are a rare commodity, these days. I needed one, it was available, at a decent price. It does the job, with good features like convection in both ovens. It™™s easy to use. One feature missing is a heavy duty roll out rack. Had I known that I would have kept that part from my old oven. More importantly, you will need to test the temperature of your oven to calibrate it. Mine was off by 25° in both ovens. I tried to find the contact information for telephone help, but good luck with that. In the directions,, it matter of factly indicates that is no big deal and tells you to calibrate your oven - which is fairly easy to do.

This double wall oven is a godsend! It's beautiful to look at, is of quality construction, was very easy to install (came with excellent instructions), and the digital operating pad is intuitive and very simple to use. Both ovens work really well and are easy to clean. We could not be more pleased.

We really love the oven. It is quiet! We like the keep warm setting of 145, and the max oven setting of 550. It is good at keeping food warm, and capable of producing quality bread and pizza. Having convection in both ovens is also a big plus.

So far, this double oven has met all expectations and operates very well on all foods cooked. We particularly like the touch controls, which are easy to follow and make changes. We had to do some carpentry work owing to the shortness of the electrical connection. We had to pay extra($175) to move the control box to a higher position in order to hook it up. So far. Electrolux has not accepted out application for rebate called the Fit Promise:-(

Love the look, functionality and simplicity of this 27" double wall oven, especially for the price. But something annoyed me exponentially - the power cord from the machine is only about 25" - whereas I needed about 60" to reach my existing junction box. I could have bought an extension cord from Frigidaire - for $430!!!!! NO THANKS FRIDGIDAIRE. So, I spent about 10 hours elongating the cord in the crawl space, cutting through sub floor and main floor and raising the junction box to be within reach of the ridiculously short power cord from the machine. That would have probably cost another $500 - $1,000 for someone not proficient at DIY. Not pretty. I don't see why the cable could not be longer in the first place - so short-sighted. Otherwise I like the oven - but that's all moot if you cannot plug the thing in!!!

I purchased frigidare model FCWD2727AS, a 27 inch microwave oven combination. I paid $2800 on 08/06/2022 and waited 6 months for delivery, which delivered January 28, 2023. Immediately, upon usage of microwave, there was a loud humming or buzzing, which still remains. Then, using the oven, I Immediately received an error code 45, that simply says contact customer service, with a toll free number. I contacted customer service, set up a service call. The error code was due to a cooling fan loose connection. A brand spanking new appliance should not have these issues right out of the box. Now I am being told, that the magnetron on the microwave may need replacement due to the microwave noise and again have a service call scheduled for another day of having to take time off from employment. Although a one year warranty is in effect, I have lost six months of warranty due to back order of appliance and would like frigidare to extend the warranty in a goodwill concession, since I do not know what else is going to fail next; however, I have very little faith, based upon the current failures already. A new oven may be the remedy, since this is certainly not an appliance that is new, with immediate failures out the box.A brand new costly appliance, thousands of dollars spent, should not have problems out of the box.My customer experience has been horribly frustrating, stressful and anxiety ridden. You wait six months, only to incur an oven, microwave that cannot be used. Taking valuable time off from employment, to accommodate a service technician to enter the home, not once but now twice. Loosing, time, money and patience. This is the first time I have purchased Frigidare. I have Maytag, Kenmore, GE, kitchen aid and never had any problems. I don't believe I would patronize this brand again, unless something or someone makes this right. Ron Baltimore, MD

Had to select double wall oven as my model # FWCS2727ASE shows not valid. This is a review of the single wall oven. I installed it myself and if the power cord had been 6 inches longer I would have given it an excellent rating (5 star). Perfect fit, easy to operate, seems to do everything advertised. My only complaint is the power cord would not reach without the oven in the space and I had no other access to the connection other than the space where the oven fits.

I am not happy with the fact that I cannot put aluminum foil on the bottom of the oven andthat there is no heat element on the bottom of the oven, only the top. I'm a baker, and notbeing able to foil the bottom of the oven to catch drips from pies or melted butter from thecrust of a cheesecake means I must clean my oven after every use. I'm not a fan of convection ovens because for fruit pies I like the bottom crust to cook faster so it isn't soggy, and to do that, I need to have a temp of 425 for the first 15 minutes before turningthe oven to 350 for the rest of the baking time. A bottom heating element is essential forthat to happen. I also don't like the fact that the oven turns off when the timer goes off.Sometimes baked goods need extra time, so then I have to reset the computer . Thisovens are more of a hassle than my previous Frigidaire ovens.
